Objective:To analyze the effect of 3D printing model combined with simulation teaching in orthopedics practice teaching. Methods:All 42 interns completed the theoretical study of medical undergraduate stage and passed the pre-internship admission qualification examination. After the admission, all the interns were randomly divided into two groups by 1∶1.The simulation teaching group received the simulation teaching combined with 3D printing fracture model, and the control group received the conventional practice teaching. After the internship, the interns participated in the evaluation of the teaching effect of this study. Results:After practice training, except the theoretical knowledge scores in the control group. In terms of theoretical scores, medical history collection, physical examination and skill operation score, improvement degree in the simulation teaching group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The average satisfaction of the simulated teaching group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that 3D fracture model combined with simulation teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of orthopedics practice and enhance the learning satisfaction of interns. It is worthy of further improvement and popularization.
