Objective:Exploring the effectiveness of diagnostic demonstration courses in online and offline joint teaching in medical colleges.Methods:103 students who received clinical medical education at our school from March 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the experimental study. They were randomly divided into two classes:one class was the control group, and the other class was the observation group. There were 51 students in the control group and 52 students in the observation group. The difference between the online and offline diagnostic demonstration course teaching mode and the traditional diagnostic teaching mode was observed. After the completion of diagnostic teaching, students will be assessed and evaluated based on theoretical and practical assessments,as well as using questionnaire surveys to evaluate the quality of teaching.Result:In terms of theoretical examination and practical assessment, the observation group was superior to the control group, and the inter group comparison was statistically significant,P<0.01 for all;The comparison of teaching quality between groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05 or 0.01.Conclusion:The diagnostic demonstration course model of online and offline joint teaching can improve the learning initiative of students, facilitate the improvement of learning effectiveness, and better meet the requirements of modern clinical medical education.
