Analysis of related influencing factors and preventive measures for postoperative complications of intrauterine adhesions after laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective:To investigate the related factors and preventive measures of intrauterine adhesions after laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods:Clinical data of 95 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all of whom were treated with LM and reexamined 3 months after surgery. They were divided into two groups according to whether uterine adhesions occurred.Basic data of the two groups were collected, and univariate analysis was performed first, followed by Logistic regression analysis. The high risk factors of intrauterine adhesions after LM were obtained. Results:There were 23 cases of intrauterine adhesions in 95 patients, the incidence was 24.21%(23/95).There were significant differences in the number of pregnancies, history of pelvic inflammatory disease, number of fibroids, history of curettage and history of cesarean section between the two groups(P<0.05).Multiple factors showed that≥ 3 pregnancies, history of pelvic inflammatory disease, multiple fibroids, history of uterine curettage, and history of cesarean section were high risk factors for intrauterine adhesions after LM(P<0.05.OR>1).Conclusion:Intrauterine adhesions after LM are closely related to≥ 3 pregnancies, history of pelvic inflammatory disease, multiple fibroids, history of uterine curettage and history of cesarean section. It is necessary to take appropriate preventive measures to reduce the risk of intrauterine adhesions.
