Investigation on the psychological resilience status, influencing factors, and intervention strategies of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective:Investigate the psychological resilience status of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease(APID),analyze its influencing factors, and develop scientific intervention strategies. Methods:A total of 845 APID patients admitted to the hospital were selected.Basic patient information was collected through questionnaires. The psychological resilience status of patients was investigated using the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and single factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted. Results:The average CD-RISC score of 80 PBRG patients was(57.95±6.34)points;Patients with education level of junior high school or below, residence in rural areas,≥2 relapses, family economic income<50000 yuan/year,low social support, and low self-efficacy had lower CD-RISC scores(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between social support,self-efficacy,and the CD-RISC score of APID patients(r=0.385,0.356,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level at or below junior high school,≥ 2 times of recurrence, family economic income<50000 yuan/year low social support, and low self-efficacy were independent risk factors affecting the CD-RISC score of APID patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience of APID patients is relatively low, which is directly proportional to social support and self-efficacy,and their educational level, frequency of recurrence, family economic income low social support, and low self-efficacy can all affect them.
