Objective:To explore the influence of narrative nursing on postoperative shame of breast cancer patients.Methods:52 patients with breast cancer who were operated in hospital were selected by systematic sampling,and were divided into the control group(26 cases)with routine nursing according to the random number table;the study group(26 cases)added narrative nursing on the basis of the former.The Social Impact Scale(SIS)was used to evaluate the patient's sense of shame score before and after nursing intervention.Results:There was no difference in shame scores between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the shame scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing intervention can effectively reduce the stigma of breast cancer patients after surgery,enhance their social adaptability and improve their quality of life.
