Objective:To design a new type of surgical laparotomy sheet and a specialized endoscopic surgical storage bag,and to explore their clinical application effect in three incision surgery for esophageal cancer.Method:A total of 92 esophageal cancer patients who underwent three incision surgery for esophageal cancer at a tertiary A hospital in Hefei were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 46 patients in each group using a random number table method. The control group used the traditional single laparotomy method for drape placement, while the observation group used the new method of single laparotomy combined with endoscopic bag drape placement. The drape placement time, surgical dressing wear rate, and surgical instrument slip rate were compared between the two groups. Results:It showed that the towel laying time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the wear rate of surgical dressings and the slip rate of surgical instruments between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The new method of combining laparotomy with endoscopic bag drape placement can significantly reduce the surgical drape placement time, without increasing the rate of surgical dressing wear and instrument slip, improving the efficiency of operating room work and improving the quality of operating room care.
