Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing on patients with ureteral stones after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Method:According to the random number table method,80 patients with ureteral stones admitted to the hospital were divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.Both groups received ESWL,while the control group received routine nursing care after surgery.Based on this,the observation group received acupuncture combined with ear point pressing for 7 days of intervention.Compare the degree of postoperative pain,recovery,nursing satisfaction,and complications between two groups.The observation group had shorter disappearance time for gross hematuria,relief time for lower back pain,and clearance time for stones compared to the control group(P＜0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,and 1 d,3 d,and 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint moxibustion combined with ear pressure can alleviate the pain level of patients with ureteral stones after ESWL surgery,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote postoperative recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
