Objective:To explore the effects of COM-B model-based nursing intervention on family support and care dependence of middle-aged and young stroke patients. Methods:This study included 80 middle-aged and young stroke patients treated in hospital. They were divided into observation group(COM-B model nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention)according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Family support(PSS-Fa),care-dependent(CDS-R),anxiety state(SAS),depression state(SDS)and limb function were analyzed. Results:The levels of PSS-Fa and CDS-R in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased, and the decrease of SAS and SDS scores in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of COM-B model nursing intervention in family support and nursing dependence of middle-aged and young stroke patients can effectively improve the caring ability of family caregivers of stroke patients, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improve limb function.
