Objective:To explore the influencing factors of hope level of caregivers of breast cancer patients.Methods:Ninety-three cases of caregivers of breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital were selected to assess the level of hope[Hope Index Scale(HHI)]of all caregivers,design the baseline data questionnaire,count the baseline data of patients,compare the HHI scores of caregivers of breast cancer patients with different data,and analyze the influencing factors of the level of hope of caregivers of breast cancer patients.Results:The HHI score of 93 caregivers of breast cancer patients was assessed to be(28.75±3.62);there was a statistical difference in the comparison of the HHI scores of caregivers of breast cancer patients with different monthly per capita family incomes,social support,duration of continuous care,and educational qualifications(P<0.05);and the influence factors on the level of hope of caregivers of breast cancer patients were found to be duration of continuous care,low educational qualifications,low social support,and low social support,as analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.long duration of care,low education,low social support and low monthly per capita family income(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower level of hope among caregivers of breast cancer patients may be related to monthly per capita family income,social support,duration of caregiving and education.
