摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者照顾者希望水平的影响因素.方法:选取医院收治的93例乳腺癌患者照顾者作为研究对象,采用希望指数量表(HHI)评估所有照顾者希望水平,对不同资料乳腺癌患者照顾者的HHI评分进行比较,分析乳腺癌患者照顾者希望水平的影响因素.结果:93例乳腺癌患者照顾者的HHI评分为(28.75±3.62)分;不同家庭月人均收入、社会支持、持续照顾时间及学历乳腺癌患者照顾者的HHI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);经多元线性回归分析发现,乳腺癌患者照顾者希望水平的影响因素为家庭月人均收入低、学历低、社会支持低下及持续照顾时间长(P＜0.05).结论:乳腺癌患者照顾者希望水平较低,可能与家庭月人均收入、社会支持、持续照顾时间及学历有关.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of hope level of caregivers of breast cancer patients.Methods:Ninety-three cases of caregivers of breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital were selected to assess the level of hope[Hope Index Scale(HHI)]of all caregivers,design the baseline data questionnaire,count the baseline data of patients,compare the HHI scores of caregivers of breast cancer patients with different data,and analyze the influencing factors of the level of hope of caregivers of breast cancer patients.Results:The HHI score of 93 caregivers of breast cancer patients was assessed to be(28.75±3.62);there was a statistical difference in the comparison of the HHI scores of caregivers of breast cancer patients with different monthly per capita family incomes,social support,duration of continuous care,and educational qualifications(P＜0.05);and the influence factors on the level of hope of caregivers of breast cancer patients were found to be duration of continuous care,low educational qualifications,low social support,and low social support,as analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.long duration of care,low education,low social support and low monthly per capita family income(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The lower level of hope among caregivers of breast cancer patients may be related to monthly per capita family income,social support,duration of caregiving and education.
