Objective:To investigate the talent team construction of an infectious disease hospital in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022,analyze the existing problems and shortcomings,explore countermeasures and plans to solve the problems,and provide a reference basis for the long-term development of talent reserves and construction of the hospital.Methods:Statistical analysis was conducted to analyze the trend of changes in the professional,educational,and professional title composition of personnel in an infectious disease hospital in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022,and to analyze the situation and shortcomings of hospital talent team construction in the past five years.Results:The total number of professional and technical personnel and employees in a certain hospital has been increasing year by year from 2018 to 2022,with an average annual growth rate of 3.22%.As of December 2022,the hospital has a total of 336 employees,including 268 health technical personnel,accounting for 79.76% of the total number of employees.The number of people with a bachelor's degree or above is 196,accounting for 73.13% of all health technical personnel.There are 50 people with deputy high or above professional titles,accounting for 18.65% of all health technical personnel;As of 2022,the hospital healthcare ratio is 1︰1.74,the bed to nurse ratio is 1︰0.74,and the bed to healthcare ratio is 1︰1.17.Conclusion:The number of people with a bachelor's degree or above in a certain hospital is increasing year by year,and the proportion of talents with senior professional titles needs to be increased.The hospital should start from recruiting undergraduate or above health professionals and optimizing promotion conditions to comprehensively improve the quality of hospital's professional talent team.
