摘要

目的:了解安徽省各医疗机构医疗护理员的用工管理和培训现状.方法:采用自设问卷对安徽省316家各级各类医疗机构的相关负责人进行调查.结果:参与调研的133所三级医疗机构中,使用医疗护理员的机构有84所(63.16%);141所二级医疗机构中使用医疗护理员的机构有41所(29.08%).其中,有准入标准的占61.60%,有明确管理规章的占76.00%,进行全员岗前培训的占64.80%.安徽省医疗医疗护理员缺乏统一的准入标准和聘管制度,培训内容缺乏同质性,劳动保障不健全.结论:安徽省医疗护理员行业管理尚未形成规模.应明确准入标准,健全管理制度,建立同质化的培训体系,保障医疗护理员行业健康发展,从而提升医疗护理服务质量.

Abstract

Objective:To understand the current situation of employment for medical nursing assistants in medical institutions in Anhui Province.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the relevant persons of 316 medical institutions at all levels and types in Anhui.Results:Among the 1333-level Medical Organizations in this survey,84 hospitals (63.16%) have medical nursing assistants;Among 1412-level Medical Organizations in this survey,41 hospitals (29.08%) have medical nursing assistants.Among these 274 medical institutions,61.60% have access standards,76.00% have clear management regulations,and 64.80% have pre-work training for all employees.Medical institutions in Anhui lack unified admission standards,employment management systems,homogeneity training and sound labor security for medical nursing assistants.Conclusions:In Anhui Province,The management of medical nursing assistants has not yet formed a scale.Clear admission standards,sound management systems,and homogeneous training systems should be established to ensure the healthy Industry development of the medical nursing assistants to improve the quality of medical and nursing services.
