Objective:To explore the application of intelligent stroke follow-up model based on Internet cloud platform in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:According to convenience sampling method,60 discharged patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group (intelligent stroke follow-up model management based on Internet cloud platform) and control group (routine follow-up management),30 cases in each group..All underwent 90 d of follow-up management after discharge.The follow-up rate,recurrence rate,patients satisfaction and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:After 90 d of intervention,follow-up and patients'satisfaction rates were higher in intervention group than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) in both groups were increased (P<0.05).After 30 d and 90 d of intervention,SS-QOL scores were higher in intervention group than control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The intelligent stroke follow-up model based on Internet cloud platform can effectively improve follow-up rate,satisfaction and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.
