Analysis of the role of part-time teachers in professional group construction——Take the professional group of Chuzhou city vocational college as an example
As an important component of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,part-time teachers play a significant role in the construction of high-level pharmaceutical majors groups and talent cultivation.Starting from the characteristics of part-time teachers,this article analyzes their significance and role in the construction of pharmaceutical professional groups.Combining the of part-time teachers,it explores the laws of part-time teacher team construction under the background of industry-education integration through questionnaires,interviews,and other methods.Additionally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and excellence of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
