Objective:To Summarize the clinical feasibility of simultaneous surgical treatment for hemorrhoids combined with simple anal fistula, and analyze the surgical precautions. Methods:This was a retrospective analysis of 90 patients with hemorrhoids and simple anal fistula admitted to hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to different treatment methods. The surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, postoperative follow-up,and effectiveness rate, postoperative wound pain, and anal function score were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in bleeding during operation, days in hospital and score of anal function (P>0.05).the treatment group had a higher surgical time than the control group.the pain VAS score of the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was not significantly different, and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the premise of following individualized treatment, simultaneous surgical treatment of hemorrhoids combined with simple anal fistula is feasible, which can reduce the patient's economic burden and does not increase the risk of postoperative recurrence, anal stenosis,or anal incontinence.
