Objective:To investigate the application efficacy of mammography and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in breast cancer patients. Methods:Following random principles,80 patients were selected for this study. The patients underwent both mammography and 3.0T MRI examinations.Pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to compare the accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of the two examination methods. Results:Mammography diagnosed 52 cases of malignant masses and 28 cases of benign masses, while 3.0T MRI diagnosed 54 cases of malignant masses and 26 cases of benign masses. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of mammography were 67.3%,40.0%,and 58.8%,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 3.0T MRI were 89.1%,80.0%,and 86.3%,respectively.Comparing the efficacy of the two examination methods, indicating a significant superiority of 3.0T MRI.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of breast cancer,3.0T MRI has higher utility, with superior accuracy and sensitivity. However, both methods have their advantages and disadvantages in clinical examination, and the choice of diagnostic method should be based on specific circumstances.
