Objective:To discuss the usability of celecoxib combined with psychological support therapy in patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction based on the key points of postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:60 patients underwent orthopaedic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were selected and grouped by random number table method.Results:The improvement of knee joint function,psychological state,pain and rehabilitation outcome in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the statistical differences within the group were obvious (P<0.05).Conclusions:Celecoxib combined with psychological support therapy can alleviate the pain of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,scientifically restore knee joint function,and help to stabilize psychological state.
