Objective:To observe the effect of predictive nursing intervention in patients with orthopaedic hip fracture.Methods:86 patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (43 cases) according to double-blind grouping method.Patients with hip fracture in control group received routine fracture nursing;Patients with hip fracture patients in observation group in addition to routine nursing,hip fracture predictive nursing intervention,the psychological state,pain,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of fracture patients were compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment and nursing,the pain,depression scores and anxiety scores of the two groups of hip fracture patients were significantly reduced,and the pain relief and mental state improvement of the observation group were more obvious than that of the control group.General health,life ability and emotional function were significantly improved,and the quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with hip fracture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of predictive nursing intervention in orthopedic hip fracture patients has important practicability,can reduce complications,shorten hospital stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
