Objective:To analyze the effect of goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with spinal fracture.Methods:72 patients with spinal fracture admitted to hospital were selected as research objects.Random number generator was used to divide them into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in FIM scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After different nursing interventions,FIM score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of patients with spinal fracture as soon as possible,and has important value in improving patients'self-care ability and improving nurse-patient relationship.
