Objective:Analyze the role of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in improving the postoperative quality of life of patients undergoing lower limb varicose vein surgery.Method:A study was conducted on 83 patients admitted to the hospital for the treatment of lower limb varicose veins. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing,n=41) and an observation group (rapid recovery surgical nursing,n=42),and the differences in postoperative quality of life among patients under different nursing modes were compared.Result:After intervention, the dimensions and total scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);The observation group had shorter postoperative anal exhaust time, mobilization time, eating time, and hospital stay compared to the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can better improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with lower limb varicose veins, shorten the patient's prognosis time, reduce the incidence of perioperative adverse time, and have high comprehensive nursing value. It is recommended to promote clinical use.
