Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency severity scoring system on cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in hospital were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by digital randomization method, with 35 cases in each group.Patients with acute coronary syndrome in the control group received routine nursing care, while patients with acute coronary syndrome in the study group received emergency critical severity scoring system to guide nursing care during nursing. The improvement of cardiac function, incidence of adverse events and quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndrome before and after nursing management were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in cardiac function and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05),and significantly improved after nursing management (P<0.05).The improvement of cardiac function level and quality of life score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).In addition, the incidence of arrhythmia, cardiac death and other adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency severity scoring system can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute coronary syndrome, reduce the incidence of adverse events such as arrhythmia and cardiac death, and improve the quality of life of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
