Objective:To observe the effect of active nursing mode in reducing bleeding after low temperature plasma tonsillectomy. Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 40 cases each. The control group received routine postoperative nursing, and the experimental group received active nursing.Postoperative bleeding, pain, clinical rehabilitation index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The blood loss of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the bleeding time was shorter (P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group at 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The first feeding, capsule shedding and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The NSNS score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of active nursing mode can reduce postoperative bleeding of patients with low temperature plasma tonsillectomy, relieve postoperative incision pain, promote rehabilitation process, shorten hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction.
