Objective:To investigate the effect of personalized nursing intervention on sleep quality in patients with Wilson Disease (WD).Methods:Seventy-two patients diagnosed with WD with sleep disorder in a hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.36 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention including disease health education,sleep knowledge education,cognitive behavioral training,psychological nursing;and the control group used only routine nursing.Changes in sleep quality and anxiety and depression status were assessed using the PSQI and SAS、SDS.Results:91.7% of the total response rate observation group and 88.3% of the control group improved in sleep quality (P<0.01) and no overview of the mean sleep duration (P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality,total sleep time,daytime function,sleep efficiency and sleep disturbance in the observation group improved compared with the control group (P<0.05),and the anxiety and depression status in the observation group was summarized compared with the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:With active treatment,strengthening various comprehensive nursing measures can effectively help WD patients to improve their sleep condition.
