Objective:To explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomized into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology with concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery),30 cases in each group.The postoperative recovery status,pain score,stress indicators and complications in the two groups were observed.Results:The anal exhaust time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores in observation group at 4 and 12 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of white blood cell count (WBC) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were lower in the two groups than those before intervention (P<0.05),and the observation group had lower WBC and CRP than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept,the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can accelerate the rehabilitation speed of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,relieve the postoperative pain,and improve the postoperative stress response,and it has good prognosis.
