Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of enzymatic chemistry of vaginal secretions in vaginitis.Method:100 patients who underwent vaginal discharge examination in our hospital were selected, and the selected cases. All selected patients underwent routine microscopic examination and enzymatic chemical examination.Using microscopy as the gold standard, analyze the application value of enzymatic chemistry in diagnosing different types of vaginitis.Among the 100 patients who underwent vaginal discharge examination, various types of vaginitis were detected through microscopic examination, including lactobacillus (62 cases),bacterial (17 cases),candida (19 cases),and trichomoniasis (5 cases). The dry chemical enzyme method detected various types of vaginitis, including Lactobacillus (59 cases),Candida (18 cases),Bacterial (16 cases),and Trichomonas (5 cases),with a high consistency rate. The results of plotting the ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of dry chemical enzyme method for diagnosing Lactobacillus vaginitis,Candida vaginitis,Trichomonas vaginitis, and bacterial vaginitis were 0.950,0.955,0.984,and 0.953,respectively,and the diagnostic performances of all of them were high. Conclusion:The dry chemical enzyme method for vaginal secretions has high diagnostic value in vaginitis, which can effectively distinguish and screen different types of vaginitis, provide a basis for clinical treatment, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
