Objective:To explore the effect of applying CBL-PBL-student-led ward rounds to hematological practice training of MBBS international students. Methods:A total of 37 MBBS students from Anhui Medical University in 2016 were randomly divided into research and control groups. The research group adopted CBL-PBL-student-led ward rounds, while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods. The practice effect of the two groups of students was evaluated by Mini-CEX clinical skills assessment scale and OSCE assessment, and the recognition degree of teaching between the two groups was compared by questionnaire. Results:The clinical skill evaluation of Mini-CEX in the research group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of OSCE of the research group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The teaching recognition of the research group was also better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL-PBL-student-led ward rounds can significantly improve the clinical practice and operation performance of MBBS international students in hematological practice, and students'recognition of teaching is also significantly improved. This teaching method is worth promoting in hematological practice training.
