Objective:To explore the effect of application of multidisciplinary team (MDT) combined with case-based learning (CBL) teaching method in clinical teaching of adrenal diseases in undergraduates.Methods:68 senior students majoring in clinical medicine in Nanjing Medical University were enrolled.33 students in the study group received MDT combined with CBL teaching method,while 35 students in the control group received traditional lecture-based learning method.Theoretical examination and case analysis were performed to value teaching effects.And subjective indicators including teaching satisfaction scores and multiple teaching effect scores were employed to evaluate teaching quality.Results:Compared with control group,the scores of theoretical examination and case analysis in the study group were significantly higher (P<0.05).And the scores of teaching satisfaction,training of clinical thinking ability,training of clinical practice ability,stimulating learning interest,training of independent learning ability and systematically acquiring knowledge in the study group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of MDT combined with CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of adrenal diseases can improve the teaching quality,which is worthy of further promotion.
