人工智能技术联合PBL和CBL教学法在肺癌放疗靶区勾画教学中的应用

Analysis of teaching effectiveness of the combinations of artificial intelligence technology with PBL and CBL in radiotherapy target delineation of lung cancer

目的:探讨人工智能技术联合PBL和CBL教学法在肺癌放疗靶区勾画教学中的应用效果.方法:选取近年来在某医院肿瘤科学习的60名本科生.随机将其分为观察组和对照组各30名.对照组采用单纯PBL联合CBL教学法教学.观察组利用人工智能技术与PBL联合CBL教学法相结合的教学模式.实习结束后进行理论考试、技能操作考试以及教学满意度问卷调查.结果:观察组理论考试平均成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026).观察组技能操作考试平均成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).观察组学生对教学提高学习兴趣、强化理论知识、提高学习效率、提高靶区勾画技能的满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:人工智能技术联合PBL和CBL教学法在肺癌放疗靶区勾画教学能显著提高学生的理论考试成绩和操作技能考试成绩,提高教学满意度,激发学生学习兴趣.
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of artificial intelligence technology combined with PBL and CBL teaching method in teaching radiotherapy target area outlining in lung cancer.Methods:Sixty undergraduates studying in the Department of Oncology of our hospital in recent years were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was taught using PBL and CBL teaching method.The observation group combined artificial intelligence technology with PBL and CBL teaching method.At the end of the internship,the theory test,the skill operation test and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey were conducted.Results:The average score of the theoretical test of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.026).The average score of the observation group in the skill operation test was significantly higher than the average score of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).All the survey of the observation group on improving learning interest,strengthening theoretical knowledge,improving learning efficiency and improving target area delineation skills was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial intelligence technology combined with PBL and CBL teaching method in lung cancer radiotherapy target delineation teaching can significantly improve students'theoretical test scores and operational skills test scores,improve teaching satisfaction,and stimulate students'interest in learning.
