Objective:To explore the clinical value of animated videos used in pre conversation on uterine artery embolization. Methods:A total of 78 patients who underwent uterine artery embolization in hospital were selected and grouped according to the time period, including 43 cases who received face-to-face communication before operation from January 2019 to October 2021 as the control group; From November 2021 to January 2023,35 patients using animated video communication were selected as the experimental group. The talk time, stress reaction, cooperation degree, operation time and postoperative tension between the two groups were compared. Results:The conversation time of the experimental group was (11.6±2.3) min, which was shorter than that of the control group (15.4±3.6) min (P<0.05);The tension of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared, and the experimental group had an advantage (P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of animated video in the conversation before uterine artery embolization can shorten the conversation time and reduce the tension of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
