Objective:To investigate the effects of different treatments on blood glucose and uric acid in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by Meta-analysis.Methods:A literature search database was used to collect Randomized controlled trial and observational studies on the effects of different treatments on blood glucose and uric acid in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan software.Results:after screening,7 studies were included,all of them were RCT.A total of 822 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) were included,including 411 who received conventional insulin therapy and 411 who received other therapies.In the study group,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and uric acid were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:different treatment methods have significant effects on blood glucose and uric acid levels in GDM pregnant women.Other treatments may have a better effect.
