Objective:To explore the combination of psychological intervention and health education in patients with tubal obstructive infertility,and analyze the effect of using psychological intervention combined with health education on the basis of routine nursing.Method:72 patients with tubal obstructive infertility were treated as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a stratified random method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine nursing care combined with psychological intervention and health education.Comparison of two sets of psychological CD-RISC FPI,and nursing satisfaction.Result:After intervention,the CD-RISC score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with health education can improve the psychological state of patients with tubal obstructive infertility,alleviate fertility pressure,and improve the nurse patient relationship,which is worth promoting.
