Objective:To observe the clinical application value of KTH integrated nursing in vaginal delivery of primipara.Methods:The 193 cases of primipara were randomly divided into observation group (96 cases) and control group (97 cases).The observation group received KTH integrated nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.The scores of self-efficacy,bad mood,quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of result effectiveness and expected effectiveness in the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of result effectiveness and expected effectiveness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.001);The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The scores of social relations,physiology,psychology and environment were all improved,and the scores of the observation group were higher than the scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:The KTH integrated nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy of parturients during vaginal delivery,relieving their anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,and it can significantly improve maternal and infant outcomes.
