Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing model on postpartum pain of primipara in cesarean section.Methods:80 cases of primipara who were registered in hospital were selected as the research objects.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing mode.The degree of postpartum pain,the first time to get out of bed and the first time to exhaust gas were compared between the two groups.Results:but after nursing,the NRS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first time to get out of bed and the first time to exhaust gas in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the data were statistically different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care nursing model can effectively reduce the degree of postpartum pain of primipara in cesarean section,and can better promote the postoperative rehabilitation of primipara than conventional nursing model,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
