Objective:To explore the effect of early target exercise on rapid rehabilitation after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung cancer.Methods:72 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in the department of thoracic Surgery and underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected .According to the time of hospitalization, there were 36 patients in control group and intervention group. The control group received conventional nursing after thoracoscopic lobectomy and lung cancer surgery; The intervention group implemented the "early target exercise program after lobectomy" revised by the expert meeting on the basis of conventional nursing. Results:The time of first postoperative anal exhaust, the retention time of thoracic closed drainage tube and the postoperative hospitalization days in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05);The activity on the first, second and third day after operation in the intervention group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P<0.05);The index pulse oxygen saturation on the first and second day after operation in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study, the implementation of early target exercise program after thoracoscopic lobectomy can promote the rapid recovery of postoperative clinical indicators, promote the rapid recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function, shorten the postoperative retention time of thoracic closed drainage tube and postoperative length of stay, and improve patients'postoperative activity endurance.
