The effect of Jiuhua ointment gauze strip combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative rehabilitation of anal fistula/mixed hemorrhoids
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiuhua ointment gauze strip combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with anal fistula/mixed hemorrhoids.Method:94 patients with anal fistula/mixed hemorrhoids who underwent elective surgical treatment in the hospital were selected and divided into a control group (47 cases) and a study group (47 cases) by drawing lots;The control group received routine intervention after surgery,while the study group received intervention with Jiuhua ointment and gauze strips combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing after surgery;Compare the intervention effects,postoperative pain level,wound healing,and complications between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);The visual analogue scale (VAS) score,wound edema,wound area,and wound granulation score of the research group after 10 days of intervention were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of Jiuhua ointment gauze combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on patients with anal fistula/mixed hemorrhoids is better,which can alleviate postoperative pain,promote wound healing,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
