Objective:To explore the effect of discharge preparation plan in school-age children with epilepsy.Methods:32 school-age children with epilepsy who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from August 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the Observation Group,a retrospective analysis was made on 32 school-age children with epilepsy who were hospitalized in the same ward from June 2022 to July 2022 and were followed up,to compare the difference of the degree of preparation for discharge,anxiety and quality of life between the two groups 3 months after discharge.Results:The scores of parents'and children's personal status,disease knowledge,coping ability and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and quality of life (Qol) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 months after discharge (P<0.05).Conclusion:The discharge preparation plan for school-age children with epilepsy can improve the degree of discharge preparation,reduce anxiety and improve the quality of life.
