Objective:To analyze the effect of hospice care on mental state of home patients with advanced blood tumors.Methods:A total of 66 home patients with advanced blood tumors in hospital were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to digital randomization method,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received hospice care based on the reference group.The improvement of anxiety,depression,quality of life and pain before and after care of patients with advanced blood tumors in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:The anxiety,depression scores,quality of life scores,and pain level scores of both groups of patients after intervention were better than before intervention (P<0.05).and the improvement of anxiety,depression,quality of life and pain degree scores in experimental group was significantly better than that in reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospice care can effectively improve the psychological state of home patients with advanced blood tumors,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced blood tumors.
