Objective:This study aims to examine the significance of content and post competency standards in training programs in Anhui province,specifically focusing on the quality control system for post-competency-based standardized training for residents.Methods:A questionnaire was developed for residents based on the"Standardized Training Content and Standards for Resident Physicians(2022 Edition)".The survey was conducted among physicians in 26 Western medicine training bases across 16 cities in Anhui province,with a total of 1564 participants responding to the electronic questionnaire.t-tests and variance test were used to analyze the cognitive differences of the importance of post competence among different characteristic groups.and a multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to explore factors influencing.Results:The findings indicate that there was no statistically significant disparity in the awareness of the six fundamental competencies of post competence across gender and educational background.However,some factors such as age,personnel type,residence training,and medical practitioner qualification exhibited statistically significant variations in the awareness of specific core competencies.Main influencing factors are residence training,age,and medical practitioner qualification.Conclusion:In order to enhance the quality assessment system for standardized resident training,it is imperative to enhance cognition,optimize the training content,establish clear assessment criteria,reinforce the training staff's capabilities,and scientifically enhance the quality of standardized resident training.These measures aim to improve the post competency of physicians and elevate the overall quality and standard of medical care.
