Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:60 patients who were treated in the outpatient department of acupuncture encephalopathy of hospital were randomly divided into control group and Observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 1%lidocaine injection 2 mL+compound betamethasone injection 2 mL glenohumeral joint posterior approach for local injection.The Observation group was treated with ultrasonic needle knife pain point therapy combined with 1%lidocaine injection 2 mL+Zhengqing Fengtongning injection 2 mL glenohumeral joint posterior approach for local injection.The VAS,CMS and ADL and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS,CMS and ADL scores of the Observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Observation group has a significant clinical effect:it can not only significantly relieve pain,but also improve the shoulder joint mobility of patients and improve the quality of life and work of patients.
