Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with somatoform disorders with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:66 patients with somatoform disorders with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome treated at the outpatient clinic of Yingshang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Oryzanol,while the study group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Each group was treated continuously for 2 weeks.Clinical symptoms,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)scores,Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)scores before and after treatment,and recurrence rates at the 3rd,9th,and 12th months after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups,respectively.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in both groups were alleviated,and the clinical total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The HAMA scores,HAMD scores,and SCL-90 somatization factor scores decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate in the study group was lower one year after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for patients with somatoform disorders with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome can significantly alleviate various clinical symptoms,improve the overall effect,and minimize recurrence.
