Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of dynamic glucose monitoring combined with intensive lifestyle intervention under the 5A nursing model on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Eighty cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who visited hospital were selected as study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the intervention group,40 cases in each group, through the random number table method. The control group used conventional care model, while the intervention group additionally used ambulatory glucose monitoring and intensive lifestyle intervention based on the 5A care model. The two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose level,self-management ability, quality of life, complication rate, and satisfaction with care. Results:After care, the blood glucose level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the self-management ability and quality of life of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition, the complication rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic glucose monitoring and intensive lifestyle intervention based on the 5A nursing model have significant synergistic nursing effects on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can effectively reduce blood glucose levels, improve self-management ability and quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance patient satisfaction.
