Objective:To investigate the effect of KABP nursing intervention combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hospital were selected and divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received KABP nursing on the basis of the control group.The surgical indexes,negative emotions,self-management ability and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the first time of getting out of bed,exhaust time and hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The SAS score,SDS score and complication rate of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,but the scores of health knowledge,self-efficacy,health behavior,environmental adaptation and social support were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gallstone patients,KABP nursing intervention combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly improve patients'negative emotions and enhance self-management ability.
