Objective:The study on the impact of high-quality nursing service plans on the psychological status,pain level,and nursing satisfaction of patients with severe and critical oral and maxillofacial multi-space infections.Methods:A total of 98 patients with severe and critical oral and maxillofacial multi-space infections,who were admitted to the hospital,were included in the study.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group based on different nursing methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received a high-quality nursing service plan.The psychological status(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale[SAS],Self-Rating Depression Scale[SDS]),pain level(Numerical Rating Scale[NRS]),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,with the study group showing significantly lower scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality nursing service plan has shown remarkable effectiveness in patients with severe and critical oral and maxillofacial multi-space infections.It helps improve emotional status and pain levels,while also enhancing nursing satisfaction.
