The effect of combining far-infrared therapy equipment with psychological adjustment nursing on patients with gallstones

目的:探讨远红外线治疗仪联合心理调适能力护理对胆囊结石患者术后康复进程及心理状况的影响.方法:依据随机数表法将医院收治的78例胆囊结石患者分为两组,各39例患者.对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上,观察组实施远红外线治疗仪联合心理调适能力护理.比较两组临床康复指标、术后疼痛、心理状况、术后并发症.结果:观察组患者术后首次下床、肛门排气、进食及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后24 h、48 h、72 h VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分降低,且观察组降低更显著(P＜0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:远红外线治疗仪联合心理调适能力护理可调节胆囊结石手术患者心理状态,缓解其术后疼痛,促进术后康复进程.
Objective:To observe the effect of combining far-infrared therapy with psychological adjustment ability nursing on the postoperative recovery process and psychological status of patients with gallstones.Method:According to the random number table method,78 gallstone patients admitted to the hospital were divided into two groups,39 each.The control group received routine nursing care,and on this basis,the implementation of far-infrared therapy combined with psychological adjustment ability nursing was observed.Compare two groups of clinical rehabilitation indicators,postoperative pain,psychological status,and postoperative complications.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter postoperative first time out of bed,anal exhaust,eating,and hospital stay(P＜0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores decreased in both groups,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of far-infrared therapy equipment and psychological adjustment ability nursing can regulate the psychological state of patients undergoing gallbladder stone surgery,alleviate postoperative pain,and promote the postoperative recovery process.
