成果导向教育模式在医学检验实习生教学中的应用

目的:探索成果导向教育(OBE)模式在医学检验实习教学中的应用.方法:选取2022-2023年某院检验科实习生共50名,随机分为两组,每组25名实习生,分别采用成果导向教育模式(OBE教学组)教学培养和传统教学模式(传统教学组)教学培养,比较两组学生理论考试成绩、实践动手操作能力、阅片考核评分及综合能力的差异.结果:OBE模式教学培养组学生理论考试成绩、实践动手操作能力、阅片考核评分及综合能力均优于传统教学组,其综合能力培养满意度、学生教学满意度评价均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:OBE模式下对检验医学实习生的教学培养是行之有效的,不仅提高了学生对理论知识的掌握,还提高了学生的综合素质,达到了教与学的双向满意,值得教学推广.
Objective:To explore the application of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)model in medical laboratory intern teaching.Method:A total of 50 interns from our laboratory department from 2022 to 2023 were randomly divided into an OBE mode teaching group and a traditional teaching group,with 25 students in each group.Compare the differences in theoretical exam scores,practical hands on skills,film reading assessment scores,and comprehensive abilities between two groups of students who were trained using the Outcome Based Education(OBE)model and the traditional teaching model,respectively.Result:The students in the OBE mode teaching group were superior to those in the traditional teaching group in terms of theoretical exam scores,practical hands-on operation abilities,film reading assessment scores,and comprehensive abilities,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of comprehensive ability and students'teaching satisfaction were all higher than that of the traditional group.Conclusion:The OBE teaching model is effective in the teaching and training of laboratory medicine interns.It not only improves students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also enhances their comprehensive quality,achieving a two-way satisfaction between teaching and learning.It is worth promoting.
