Objective:Discussing the practical application effect of the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardization training of pediatric hematology inpatient physicians.Methods:50 pediatric resident physicians undergoing standardized training from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group of 25(using the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching method)and the control group of 25(using the LBL teaching method).After the standardized training in the pediatric hematology ward,the examination results of the two groups of students in basic theory,case analysis,and skill operation was compared,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the teaching effectiveness.Results:The experimental group's scores in basic theory,case analysis,and skill operation were significantly higher than those of the control group.The experimental group's evaluation of the teaching model was also significantly better than that of the control group,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model in the standardized training of pediatric residents in the pediatric hematology ward can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness and quality for pediatric resident physicians.
