Objective:To explore the application case guided knowledge point series teaching method of medical microbiology course and its effect evaluation.Methods:The students in 2 classes of clinical medicine major in a medical university were selected as the research objects.One class with 120 students was selected as the control group using traditional teaching,and another class with 118 students was s selected as the research group using the case-guided knowledge point series teaching method.An anonymous questionnaire was used to evaluate students'learning interest and teaching satisfaction.And test of knowledge points with Rain Classroom was used to compare teaching effect.Results:The students'learning interest,teaching satisfaction and post-teaching knowledge test scores in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case guided knowledge point teaching can obviously improve students'learning interest,so that students'learning effect has been significantly improved.
