摘要

目的:探讨医学微生物学课程应用案例引导知识点串联教学方式及效果评价.方法:以某医学高校2021级临床医学专业2个教学班学生为研究对象,随机选取一个教学班120名学生作为对照组(采用传统教学),另一教学班118名学生作为研究组(采取案例引导知识点串联方式教学).采用无记名问卷调查形式评价学生学习兴趣和教学满意度,并比较两组雨课堂知识点考核成绩,客观评价两组的教学效果.结果:研究组学生学习兴趣、教学满意度和教学后知识点考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:案例引导知识点的教学可以明显提高学生学习兴趣,使学生的学习效果得到显著提升.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application case guided knowledge point series teaching method of medical microbiology course and its effect evaluation.Methods:The students in 2 classes of clinical medicine major in a medical university were selected as the research objects.One class with 120 students was selected as the control group using traditional teaching,and another class with 118 students was s selected as the research group using the case-guided knowledge point series teaching method.An anonymous questionnaire was used to evaluate students'learning interest and teaching satisfaction.And test of knowledge points with Rain Classroom was used to compare teaching effect.Results:The students'learning interest,teaching satisfaction and post-teaching knowledge test scores in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case guided knowledge point teaching can obviously improve students'learning interest,so that students'learning effect has been significantly improved.
