Objective:To investigate the effects of prostamine triol combined with oxytocin on coagulation function and maternal and infant outcomes of central placenta previa cesarean section.Methods:93 patients with central placenta previa cesarean section admitted to the hospital were selected and grouped according to the drug treatment regimen used. After delivery,53 cases in the control group were treated with oxytocin, and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with carprost and tramine. The therapeutic effect, bleeding and hemostasis, coagulation function before and after treatment, maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of observation group, which was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the hemostatic effect of the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the PT and TT of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the FIB was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control grou(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of drugs in the treatment of central placenta previa cesarean section has good effect, can strengthen the hemostatic effect of the parterients, improve the coagulation state, avoid the occurrence of maternal and infant accidents, and has significant clinical value.
