Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)in measuring resistance index(RI)and endometrial thickness for ectopic pregnancy.Method:Retrospectively collect data from 56 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the hospital, and set them as the ectopic pregnancy group;Collect data from 56 pregnant women with intrauterine pregnancy who underwent routine prenatal check ups at the hospital during the same period, and set them as the intrauterine pregnancy group; Both groups underwent TVS examination to measure RI and endometrial thickness;Compare the differences in RI and endometrial thickness between two groups, draw receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves, and analyze the diagnostic value of TVS measurement of RI and endometrial thickness for ectopic pregnancy. The RI of the ectopic pregnancy group was higher than that of the intrauterine pregnancy group, and the thickness of the endometrium was lower than that of the intrauterine pregnancy group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);According to logistic regression analysis,an increase in RI is a risk factor for ectopic pregnancy(OR>1,P<0.05),while an increase in endometrial thickness is a protective factor for ectopic pregnancy(OR<1,P<0.05).ROC curves were plotted, and it was found that RI,endometrial thickness alone, and their combined detection had a diagnostic value of AUC>0.70 for ectopic pregnancy, with the highest diagnostic value observed in the combined detection of RI and endometrial thickness; The best diagnostic value can be obtained when the cut-off values of 0.645 and 10.025 mm are taken for the two. Conclusion:TVS measurement of RI and endometrial thickness has high diagnostic value for ectopic pregnancy and may be considered as an important auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in the future.
