Objective:To analyze the effect of electrical stimulation combined with scene biofeedback training in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Method:Seventy-four postpartum SUI patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study, and were divided into routine group(37 cases, scene biofeedback training treatment)and observation group(37 cases, electrical stimulation combined scene biofeedback training treatment)by computer system randomized method. The recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle, urinary incontinence symptom score, pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary dynamic parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the ICIQ-SF score, pelvic floor pre rest value, post rest value, maximum rapid contraction value, tense contraction value, and RUV of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while endurance contraction value,MUCP,Pdet Qmax,SD,and Qmax were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of electrical stimulation and scene biofeedback training can achieve high therapeutic effects on postpartum SUI,quickly eliminate disease symptoms, and improve pelvic floor muscle strength and bladder function.
