Objective:To analyze the effect of health education on emotions,health cognition,and bleeding volume in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Method:A total of 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.with a total of 34 cases divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(health education)using the number table method.Compare the awareness rates of health knowledge between two groups,compare the amount of postpartum bleeding at different time points,compare the negative emotions before and after nursing care between the two groups,and observe the satisfaction of nursing care between the two groups.Result:The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood loss in the observation group was lower at 48 h,72 h and 96 h postpartum(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups and the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony can improve their awareness of health knowledge,reduce bleeding volume,alleviate negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction by cooperating with health education in clinical nursing.
